100% Colombian-- A unique flavor unlike any other, it has a country baked-bean spiciness with a brown sugar sweetness. This coffee has a flowery like fragrance and is consistent in quality and balance.

Brazil Santos "Liberdade"--This grade is very mild and soft in the cup. Light acidity and smooth body with a nice subtle aroma, this coffee will please almost anyone.

Breakfast Blend & decaf - Blend of our dark rich French roast with our snappy, full bodied Costa Rican  

Café Blend - A wonderful everyday coffee created with rich French Roast and tamed with our finest Mexican Altura.

Celebes Kalosi "toraja" - From the southern part of the Indonesian island Sulawesi, comes this wonderful coffee. In the cup, this coffee possesses a rich, clean, fresh character, and finishes with a full body and deep aroma. It¹s low in acidity and contains slight nutty and chocolatey taste characteristics.

Colombian Popayan Supremo & decaf -- Probably the most recognizable and popular coffee in the world. Grown in the Andes mountains, this coffee in the cup possesses nice snappy acidity, rich flavor and aroma and finishes with a big strong body.

Colombian Supremo - This coffee has large beans, consistently good taste, medium body, full aroma, and medium acidity. A good 'daily' coffee, it harmonizes well in blends. This is the coffee many now-serious coffee connoisseurs became hooked on before totally abandoning stale, mass-produced store-bought grounds. 

Colombian Viennese -- Smooth and full-bodied with a slightly smoky, but not burnt flavor.

Costa Rican SHB Escasu -- Slight melon-like sweetness and tangy acidity.

Costa Rican SHB "La Fuente" & decaf -- This coffee comes from the region south of San Jose known as the Tarrazzu region. This coffee is prized for its high acidity, excellent body and full complex flavor.

Costa Rica Tres Rios SHB -- This strictly hard bean (SHB) has fine acidity, full body and vibrant flavor which give it a distinctive character well balanced and sweetly smooth.

Danish Blend -- A Scandinavian blend of Central American coffees and French roasted Colombian, producing a superb after-dinner coffee.Dark French EspressoDinner Blend & de

Double French Roast -- highest quality beans for our French Roast. We slow roast them until the oils just start to appear on the beans this develops the darkest richest flavor possible.

Espresso -- Only the choicest Arabica beans from South America are selected for this dark roast. The beans are roasted to the precise moment when the coffee oils burst to the surface providing a rich dark color and pleasant spicy flavor.

Espresso Blend -- excellent body, slightly sweet, and very low in acidity. A excellent gourmet coffee for those exposing their palettes to the wonders of truly superior Espresso.

Espresso Roast -- 100% Colombian beans, roasted to a very dark brown/black with a shiny coat of oil on the bean brought out by the roasting process. Used almost exclusively in brewing espresso and making cappuccino.

Ethiopian Harrar -- The original coffee bean which hooked the world, discovered growing among goats more than a thousand years ago in what's now Ethiopia. Centuries later, the moka coffee bean was smuggled out of the African continent by the Dutch to ensure a fine coffee future in the newly discovered East Indies. Boasting a sweet, rich, smooth, full-bodied flavor.

Euro Espresso Blend -- The finest Central and South American beans produce the smoothest, most aromatic and creamy espresso!

French Café -- The longer roast gives this bean it's dark smoky tinge with a complex caramel flavor. We recommend this coffee for it's full-body and distinctive aroma making it the most flavorful for both Espresso and Cappuccino.

French Roast & decaf -- Coffee Masters' own unique blend of beans roasted to a dark reddish brown color creating a shiny coat of oil on the surface of the bean.

Golden Sumatra Mandheling -- The absolute finest of the naturally processed Sumatran beans. These works of art get their fruity flavor from the rich volcanic slopes near Mount Leuser...one of the highest points of land among the countries throughout the Indian Ocean. These beans are double hand-picked to ensure the highest quality. The intense fruit flavor makes this variety a great gourmet bean for aspiring coffee connoisseurs.

Gourmet Blend -- Full body med roast.

Guatemala Antigua SHB & decaf -- This strictly hard bean coffee (SHB) has fine acidity, full and hardy body and vibrant smoky flavor. Grown in the coffee district of Antigua in the central highlands of Guatemala.

Guatemalan SHB Heuhuetenango -- Pronounced way-way-ten-ango, you will taste a clean, bright snap of acidity and a berry wine like flavor.

Haitian Bleu -- Rich flavor, snappy acidity and a wonderful mellow body. Available in the U.S. only since 1995.

House Blend & decaf -- Our house blend combines a mild sweet flavor, medium body, and pleasing aroma. This is an excellent coffee for all day sipping. This is also a strategic coffee to use when aiming to please a variety of palettes.

Java Lawan Estate -- This special coffee has a texture all its own and is low in acidity. Very rich and smooth with a soft aromatic spiciness.

Kenya AA & decaf -- One of the finest coffees out of eastern Africa, Kenya AA is grown high in the mountains of western Kenya, tempered by the country's mild climate. The unique geography of its native soil gives Kenya AA its excellent body, heady aroma. Very little bitterness.

Louisiana Blend -- Enjoy some Southern culture with Louisiana Blend. Blended with a light roast of Brazilian beans and a dark roast of Colombian beans, this blend also adds Chicory, giving it the taste profile that the South prefers. There is probably no greater influence of Southern style coffee that can be found then in New Orleans.

Mexican SHG Coatepec -- Our Mexican coffee comes from the Coatepec region of Veracruz, on tropical, volcanic slopes. This coffee is smooth in the cup, with light jumpy acidity, nutty flavor, and a clean, crisp aftertaste.

Mocha Java -- From the island of Java, a distinctive peaberry coffee (small bean) that is spicy and strong flavored with an excellent body and low acidity is blended with Ethiopian moka beans from Africa for a perfectly balanced cup of coffee.

Mocha Java Harrar -- Combines the creamy richness of Java beans with the exotic flavor of the Ethiopian Mocca bean.

Neighbors NOrleans Café -- Our special roast has been blended with Dark French Espresso for an exceptional flavor that is rich and slightly tangy.

Neighbors Private Blend -- A smooth body and deep flavor is produced by blending South American and Central American coffee beans. Truly a royal blend! *only available in ground

Panama Café de Boquette -- Well balanced in the cup with an intense aroma and flavor that has sweet and flowery notes.

Peaks of the Andes Blend -- A blend of the richest and most flavorful beans found alongside the Andes mountains are roasted to perfection. Very well balanced in the cup; this one should please everyone!

Pedra Azul -- Brazil Full-bodied, yet complex, this coffee can stand-alone or partner in a wide variety of blends. It has a peanut-like or freshly cut oak aroma.

Peruvian Cusco -- Generally a mild acid coffee, it has the intense flavor and aroma of a berry wine, with a cocoa sweetness.

Pride of the Andes Blend -- We have roasted select Colombian and Peru beans to create this blend. You will taste a hint of sweet mixed fruit and a sprinkle of spices.

Rebellion Blend -- A deep, rich and satisfying espresso roast. This dark roasted blend of coffees from Sumatra, Mexico and Guatemalan will please the most discerning of palates. Full of body and snap, yet remarkably smooth.

Roastmasters Blend -- Deep roasted with intense flavors and a very smooth finish.

Royal House Blend -- A truly royal blend of our finest South and Central American beans, producing a cup with smooth body and deep flavor.

San Francisco Blend -- Provides deep flavor and richness created by combining African, Indonesian and dark roast coffees.

San Giorgio Latino & decaf -- Born in Cuba made in America this is our new Cubano style espresso

Seattle Sunset - A dark roast coffee roasted in the Seattle style tradition. Smooth fullness with a sweet and foamy finish.

Su Casa Blend (Cuban Style Coffee) -- Cuba is known for it¹s dark, bittersweet brew, produced from locally grown beans. Although authentic Cuban coffee beans are not yet available in this country, this blend is characteristic of this regional coffee style. Full bodied and earthy with a rich dark chocolate note that finishes with a hint of berry.

Sumatra Mandhelling -- Flavor unlike any other origin! Spicy with a slightly aged character, heavy in body and strength.

Tanzania Peaberry -- From the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro, this coffee represents less than 5% of the country's production. The peaberry coffees render a flavor that is full body, spicy with a distinguished aroma and vibrant flavor. The peaberry is the male coffee beans of the plant, a bean of unmatched uniformity.

Tres Oros Pluma -- Mexican Estate Grown high in the rainforest of southeastern Mexico, this cup is slightly bittersweet with a bold buttery flavor. Tres Oros lives up to its literal translation "three gold stars."

Vienna Roast & decaf -- Our own blend of the finest beans roasted to a dark brown with just a hint of oil on the surface brought out by the roasting process. Used for blending with Master Roast beans or as a strong after dinner European style coffee.

Vintage Blend -- Uniquely smooth full-bodied blend of South and Central American coffees. Very aromatic with a slight hint of cocoa that combines with an incredibly rich, almost syrupy, flavor that follows with a long, deep and winey finish.
